摘要

目的：報告在解離性失憶狀態下自傷的案例。例例報告：一位22歲女性邊緣性人格疾患患者，與男友分手後，開始在解離性失憶狀態下割腕自傷。之後反覆受到父親批評，症狀持續出現。在接受lorazepam會談、心理與藥物治療後，症狀改善。結論：本篇報告指出，解離性的自傷行為，可能與兒童虐待、父母高度情緒表露、共病之精神疾病、以及人際背叛有關。

Objective: To report a case of a patient with self-mutilation during episodes of dissociative amnesia. Case Report: A 22-year-old woman patient with borderline personality disorder started to have episodes of dissociative self-mutilation by cutting her wrist after being rejected by her boyfriend and best friend. She had similar episodes recurred after her father's criticism. After treatment with a lorazepam-assisted interview, psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy, her symptoms improved. Conclusion: This case study suggests that dissociative self-mutilation may be related to child abuse, parents with high expressed emotion, psychiatric comorbidity and interpersonal conflicts perceived as betrayal.
