使用改良型超彈性鈦鎳合金線治療前牙反咬暨擁擠症例
ISW Crossbite Arch for the Treatment of Anterior Crossbite with Anterior Crowding
摘要
本篇文章發表的目的乃介紹使用改良型超彈性鈦鎳合金線（由日本國立東京醫科齒科大學研發）治療功能性前牙反咬病例時在臨床上所發現到的益處，並適時地加入前牙反咬牙弓裝置能更有效地加速前牙反咬的改正，以達到早期治療的目標及達成正確的門牙垂直覆蓋、水平覆蓋的個人正常咬合。

The purpose of this presentation is to introduce the clinical benefits by using improved super-elastic Ti-Ni alloy wire (ISW, developed by Tokyo Medical and Dental University) for the treatment of a functional anterior crossbite case with anterior crowding. In addition, ISW Crossbite Arch (with two crimpable stoppers incorporated at both sides of the anterior section of the archwire) was applied to effectively correct the anterior crossbite in the treatment. A stable and individual normal occlusion was achieved after the treatment.
