引動媒體設計學生創造思考的預測模型

The Predictive Model for Stimulating Creative Thinking for Media Design Students

摘要


本研究探討學習環境、內在心理與創造性人格,對媒體設計系所學生創造思考的影響,並建立影響因素對創造思考的預測模型。研究團隊以「因素建構組」(n = 410)進行探索性因素分析以建立適切的因素結構;復以「因素驗證組」(n = 982)進行驗證性因素分析並建立結構方程模型。分析結果顯示,本研究所提以「內在動機」和「做中悟」為中介的預測模型獲得部份支持。創造性人格對創造思考具有高度的預測力,學習環境多透過「做中悟」來影響,而心理因素則透過「內在動機」產生作用。
