肌酸與咖啡因增補對運動表現之影響

摘要


肌酸增補有利於增加肌肉內磷酸肌酸和游離肌酸量提升,因此肌酸廣泛地被競技運動員作為增強運動表現的增補劑。另一種亦相當受歡迎的增補劑是咖啡因,攝取咖啡因可能提升短時間高強度或耐力性的運動表現,因此成為運動科學的研究焦點。先前的文獻指出,同時增補肌酸與咖啡因會降低肌酸增補效果及不利於運動表現;但倘若將肌酸與咖啡因的增補時間點分開,則有助於短時間高強度的運動表現或延長耐力運動的時間。這之間影響的機轉是肌酸或咖啡因獨立的影響效果,抑或肌酸輔以咖啡因的加成作用,有待未來更多的研究加以瞭解。
