彼拉提斯對於身心健康的影響

摘要


彼拉提斯是非常盛行的健身運動之一,彼拉提斯是屬於核心訓練的運動,很多人宣稱彼拉提斯運動的益處有很多種,大致上被宣稱的好處分成三種,分別是強化生理功能、心理功能及動作學習。研究發現彼拉提斯與核心復健運動的觀念相同,在體適能界、復健界及舞蹈界三大領域皆廣泛使用且有良好效果。但這些宣稱的效果有些是已經證實有些還未被證實。所以本文藉由先前彼拉提斯方面相關的研究,找出已被研究證實的功能做討論,並進一步提供將來研究方向之參考。
