兩岸照顧服務員養成教育發展現況
Vocational Education of Nurse Aids in Taiwan and China

Nurse aids are one of members in long-term care team. The number of nurse aids is occupied more than one half of long-term care professionals. This paper introduces manpower needs and sources of nurse aids in Taiwan. The vocational education system and current status for nurse aids are discussed. China professional certificate system of nurse aids is reviewed and compared with Taiwanese system. Future Vocational education and certificate systems for nurse aids in Taiwan are suggested.
