臺北市高中職校春暉專案對學生有助益性反毒活動之研究

A Study on the Helpfulness of Anti-Drug Activities Implemented among Senior High/Vocational Schools in Taipei Municipal City

摘要


本研究目的為瞭解臺北市高中職校春暉專案反毒活動之推行現況,歸納學生接受度最高的反毒活動,並分析臺北市高中職校春暉專案反毒活動對學生在反毒知識、態度、技巧、決心等之助益。 研究工具為自編之結構式問卷,分為教職員版與學生版。研究對象以九十五學年度在臺北市推動春暉專案反毒工作之公私立高中職校教職員,以及臺北市公私立高中職校學生為母群體。教職員採普查方式,由臺北市教育局軍訓室協助發出教職員版問卷,有效樣本數為266人。學生則以比率機率抽樣法(PPS)原則進行抽樣,有效樣本數為513人,其中高中生394人,高職生119人。 研究結果發現:1.高達九成教職員認為學校推動春暉專案的協助單位最主要是生活輔導組;2.學生與教職員在「學生被發現使用毒品時學校處置方式」看法不同:學生認為會採嚴懲方式,但教職員認為會成立春暉小組輔導學生戒治;3.如果有使用毒品問題,學生最先求助對象,以導師為主;4.學生最喜歡影視歌星、菸毒前科犯,最不喜歡校內師長做反毒宣導;5.反毒活動以藝文類居多,缺少以實務互動(實務參觀、社團類等)或白我展現(演唱、飆舞、球賽等)的反毒活動;6.學生在春暉專案相關活動參與率及參與意願非常低;7.學生與教職員均認為「實務參觀」是學生認為最有助益,接受度最高的反毒活動;8.學生與教職員在反毒活動助益性的意見一致:藝文、文宣、宣導類活動最有助於學生反毒知識;體能、自我展現、社團類活動最有助於學生反毒態度;實務參觀、尿液篩檢活動最有助於增強學生拒毒決心。由結果得知,提昇學生參與反毒活動意願,及設計著重於提昇學生反毒技巧與拒毒決心之反毒活動是很重要的課題,依據前述結果,提出建議,供教育部與推動春暉專案學校在設計活動方案與實務推展之參考。

The main purposes of this study were to understand the present situation of anti-drug activities implemented among senior high/vocational schools, to categorize the anti-drug activities that students highly accepted, and to find out the most helpful anti-drug activities for anti-drug knowledge, attitude, skill and determination. The adopted instruments were self-developed questionnaires, divided into ”teacher and administrative staff” as well as ”student” edition. The research participants were 266 teachers and administrative staffs that involved in drug abuse prevention program, and 513 students at senior high/vocational schools in Taipei Municipal City. This study was based on a cross-sectional design. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and chi-square test. The main findings of the study were as follows: Different opinions were held between teachers and administrative staffs and students in ”If the student be a drug abuser, what action will be taken in school?”; The wills of students to participate anti-drug activities were very low; The anti-drug activities that often took place at school were arts, lack of the interactive self disclosed activities; Teachers, administrative staffs and students have the same opinion that the most helpful anti-drug activity for students, to visit drug abuser treatment center, which helps students to promote the determination to resist drug. Therefore, how to elevate students' will to participate and degine helpful activities/programs to promote anti-drug skill were very important issues. More focus should be put on students' determination to resist drugs. Some suggestions were mentioned and the results of this study could be applied as references for designing and implementing new anti-drug activities and drug education studies in the future.
