發展我國衛生教育專業倫理信條之主軸建議

摘要


衛生教育專業倫理信條是建立專業地位的第一步,因為它可提供專業人員服務的工作指引,規範專業人員的能力和適切的行為,以保護當事人的權益,更進而維護衛生教育專業的威信與形象,也就是解決未來專業中成長的實際問題。 本文詳述美國衛生教育倫理信條的發展過程,同時參考美國衛生教育及國內相關專業之倫理信條後,斟酌國情提出發展我國衛生教育專業倫理信條之主軸建議,籍以拋磚引玉,催生我國衛生教育專業人員樂於共同遵守與倡導之倫理信條。

Developing a unified code of ethics for the health education profession is the first step to build up its professionalism, because it serves as the guideline for professionals' services, sets up the standard for professionals' capability and behaviors, to protect the right and benefits of their clients, and maintain their professional image. In other words, it is to solve those practical problem during the growth of the profession in the future. This article describes in detail the development of a unified code of ethics for the health education profession in the United States, and present for comments and further development the core themes suggestion of the code of ethics for the health education profession in Taiwan, which refers to the codes of ethics for the health education profession in the United States and some related professions in Taiwan.
