高中職與大專校院學生對學校健康中心服務使用率及滿意度之探討

摘要

過去國內已發表許多學校衛生工作內容及優先順序之研究，但多以提供者之觀點出發，缺少以使用者的觀點分析健康中心服務使用率及滿意度情形，因此本研究目的旨在探討高中職、大專學生對學校健康中心服務利用率及滿意概況，並進一步分析其影響因素。研究採橫斷面設計，以有效問卷(CVI=89%~100%; Cronbach's α=.7679)，立意取樣1930名學生進行學生傾向因素、使能因素、需要因素、健康中心服務使用率及滿意程度之資料收集。結果顯示：(1)半年內使用健康中心的平均次數為1.51，且高中職學生半年內使用SBHC的平均次數（1.55次），明顯高於大專校院（1.17次）；(2)高中職大專校院學生對學校健康中心的滿意度兩組無顯著差別，而整體學生之滿意度介於84.9%-91%的高滿意；(3)高中職學生對SBHC服務使用率之相關因素為：「性別」、「健康中心地點之方便性」、與「同儕鼓勵的影響」三變項，即女性、健康中心設置地點愈方便、有同儕鼓勵的影響，則對SBHC服務使用率愈高。而大專學生則未出現顯著影響因素。(4)高中職學生對SBHC服務滿意度之相關因素為：「健康中心地點之方便性」、「健康中心設備充足性」、「同儕鼓勵的影響」與「自覺目前健康情形」四變項，即健康中心設置地點愈方便、設備愈充足、有同儕鼓勵的影響與自覺目前健康狀況愈好者，則對SBHC服務滿意度愈高。就大專生方面，當學生與去年比較自覺目前的健康情形普通良好者，則對健康中心所提供服務滿意度較高。依上述結果，建議未來健康中心可透過學生同儕，加強行銷，讓學生能對資源加以利用，進而促進其滿意度。

There had published many articles from providers' view about school health contents and its priority in Taiwan, lack of consumers' view about the utilization and satisfaction of school-based health center (SBHC) services. The purposes of this study were to describe and analyze the related factors of the students' utilization and satisfaction about SBHC services. A cross-sectional study design was conducted. Purposed sampling was used, and questionnaire (CVI=89%-100%, Cronbach's α=.7679) as instrument collecting data. There were 1930 subjects in the study. The results showed: (1) the mean times of students went to SBHC was 1.5 times in past six months and senior high school students had high times (1.55) than college students (1.17). (2) There was no significant different satisfaction between senior high school students and college students. All students had high satisfaction (85%-91%) to SBHC services. (3) To senior high school students, factors related SBHC utilization including: sex, convenience SBHC location, and encourage of peers. That were: female students, more convenience SBHC location, and had encourage of peers then the more utilization of SBHC services. To college students, there were no significant factors to utilization. (4) To senior high school students, the more convenience SBHC location, more sufficient of SBHC equipments, had encourage of peers, and perceive well health, then the more satisfaction of SBHC. To college students: they felt had good health than past, then the more satisfaction of SBHC. According to these results, researcher suggest SBHC may using social marketing strategy, like peer groups advocate to increase SBHC resources sharing, to promote satisfaction of SBHC.
