大學生人際智能與人際吸引之相關探討-以中部三所大專院校爲例

The Study of Interpersonal Intelligence and Interpersonal Attraction of College students-taking Three Colleges in Central Taiwan as an Example

摘要


本研究主要在於探討大學生的人際智能與人際吸引二者間的關係。以「人際智能量表」、「人際吸引量表」為研究工具,以中部地區三所大專院校學生為研究對象,採便利取樣方式,共得有效樣本447份,有效問卷回收率為77.1%。回收資料利用SPSS統計軟體採Pearson相關分析、單因子變異數分析,以及逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法,獲主要結論如下:(一)大學生的人際智能各構面與人際吸引之間皆呈顯著正相關。(二)不同人際智能大學生在人際吸引上存在顯著差異,在領導諮詢、溝通表達、社交彈性或人際察覺等任一能力較強者其人際吸引較高。(三)大學生人際智能中的溝通表達、人際察覺、社交彈性及領導諮詢等能力可以有效預測其人際吸引。根據研究結論可知,提高大學生的人際智能將有助於增加其人際吸引力,建議學校應當重視學生人際智能發展。

The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationships between interpersonal intelligence and interpersonal attraction of college students. In this study, we employed ”the Interpersonal Intelligence Scale” and ”the Interpersonal Attraction Scale” as our research instruments. The data including 447 college students of 3 schools in central Taiwan were collected by questionnaires with convenience sampling. The applied analysis methods included Pearson correlation, ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regressions. The main findings of this study were as follows: (1) All dimensions in college students' interpersonal intelligence correlated positively with their interpersonal attraction. (2) There existed significant difference in interpersonal attraction between students with higher and lower interpersonal intelligence. Students with higher ”lead and counsel”, ”communication and expression”, ”social flexibility”, or ”interpersonal awareness” had higher interpersonal attraction. (3) The interpersonal intelligence of ”communication and expression”, ”interpersonal awareness”, ”social flexibility”, and ”lead and counsel” could effectively predict college students' interpersonal attraction. According to the findings of this research, we suggested that the schools should pay more attention to students' interpersonal intelligence.
