薑連作病害與催芽技術之研究

Stadies on Continuous Cropping Disease of Ginger and Its Shoot Promoting Technology

摘要


生薑栽培過程易遭遇萌芽緩慢及連作病害問題,本研究針對薑種催芽及防治藥劑處理進行試驗。試驗結果顯示,適當的薑浸種處理配合乾淨土壤(介質)及乾燥環境(無浸水)之下,軟腐病不會大量發生,但無法有效持續預防外來軟腐病感染;帶有病菌之介質或連作田區於栽培期間施用藥劑,各處理在土壤含水量高或積水環境下,加上季節溫度升高及培土作業阻礙排水通道,軟腐病迅速蔓延,各處理發病率皆達50%以上,相較於藥劑的使用,土壤水分對軟腐病的發生率影響較大。薑種催芽試驗中,以變溫處理及檸檬酸浸泡處理所得芽體較大,且萌芽數量適中,簡便處理方式應能符合產業需求。

Disease caused by continuous cropping and slowly germination in winter were two key productive problems of ginger in Taiwan. This study focused on ginger seeding treatment, diseases prevention and pre-germination research. According to this study, the chemical treatment of ginger rhizome could not prevente soft rot invasive. The incidence rate increased which had been infected with soft rot fields in the last year. The ginger got soft rot easily happen when the rainy season maked the field hydrocephalus and ridging hinder drainage channel, no matter used any chemicals. Therefore the main reason of soft rot was the soil moisture content. The promote shooting test of ginger found to change storage temperature and to treate with 100X citric acid solution could produce larger and appropriate amount of buds than the other, treatments.
