摘要

自發性後腹腔出血很少發生在肝硬化的病人身上。我們在此報告一個肝硬化的病人發生自發性後腹腔出血，這出血源自於右骼腰動脈出血。在發生自發性後腹腔出血的肝硬化病人中，本病例是世界上第一例出血點源自動脈出血。我們也將討論自發性後腹腔出血的病因、診斷和處置。

Spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage rarely occurs in patients with liver cirrhosis. We report a cirrhotic patient with spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage, resulting from active bleeding from the right iliolumbar artery. This is the first case of spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage that originated from arterial bleeding in cirrhotic patients. The etiology, diagnosis and management of spontaneous retroperitoneal hemorrhage are reviewed.
