摘要

醫病共享決策是國際醫學界和各國政府致力推廣強調病人自主權利並以病人為中心的照護概念，是醫療人員與病人之間交換訊息、商議溝通和決定處置的合作過程。文獻顯示利用輔助工具執行醫病共享決策對不同類型病人的醫療照護有正向效果，如增加病人對醫療選擇的知識，減少病人在做醫療決定時的矛盾，以及提升病人對整體治療的滿意度等。本篇旨在介紹醫病共享決策的概念、執行步驟、輔助工具，討論醫病共享決策在物理治療臨床應用現況與困境。期許國內物理治療師能共同響應衛生福利部醫病共享決策的推廣活動，以提供病人最好的物理治療照護。

The concept of shared decision-making (SDM) is promoted by health-care professionals and governments worldwide and linked with patient autonomy and patient-centered care. SDM is a collaborative process between health care providers and patients, where both parties exchange information, discuss available options, and decide on the treatment. Utilizing decision aids to implement SDM has been shown to have positive effects in various patient groups, for example improve patients' knowledge and satisfaction, and lower decisional conflict. Therefore, the aims of this review were to introduce the concept of the SDM, key steps of SDM for clinical practice, and decision aids and to discuss the current status of implementation in physical therapy and barriers to implementing SDM in clinical practice. It is hoping that this review can inspire our physical therapist colleagues to join the SDM activity initiated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and ultimately provide the best physical therapy care.
