本研究的目的旨在瞭解四類過去使用經驗不同的登山健行者(初學者、在地者、老練者及參觀者),在登山健行的參與頻率與年數,以及活動涉入三個構面(吸引力、中心性及自我表現)的程度上是否有顯著之差異。研究參與者為貓空、觀音山及滿月圓等三個地區之372位登山健行者。本研究所蒐集之資料,分別以「描述性統計」、「獨立樣本單因子變異數分析」與「單因子多變量變異數分析」進行資料處理。根據研究結果有以下二項結論:一、不同四類過去使用經驗的登山健行者,在不同地點的登山健行「參與頻率」及「年數」上有顯著之差異;二、不同四類過去使用經驗的登山健行者,在活動涉入「吸引力」、「中心性」及「自我表現」三個構面有顯著之差異,其中,在「吸引力」及「中心性」二個構面中,老練者顯著高於在地者及初學者,參觀者顯著高於初學者。在「自我表現」的構面中,老練者及參觀者顯著高於初學者。最後,研究者根據研究結果提出具體建議,供登山健行活動推廣與後續研究之參考。
This study examined: (1) the differences among four types of hikers with different experiences (beginners, locals, veterans and visitors) in frequencies and years for hiking; (2) the differences between above mentioned four types of hikers and the three constructs of activity involvement (attraction, centrality and self-expression). The participants were 372 hikers from three hiking sites in Moukung, Guanyinshan and Manyeyaun. All the collected data were processed with descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and one-way MANOVA. There were three main results. First, there were differences among the four types of hikers with different experiences in frequencies and years for hiking. Second, there were differences between the above mentioned four types of hikers and the three constructs of activity involvement. After the post hoc test, in attraction and centrality constructs for activity involvement, the veterans scores higher than the locals and the beginners while the visitors scored higher than the beginners. Also, in self-expression construct for activity involvement, the veterans and visitors scored higher than the beginners. Finally, based on the results, the researchers made suggestions for promoting hiking activity and future research.
