本研究之目的在分析女子網球單打與雙打正式比賽運動強度。受試者為一位優秀女性網球選手(21歲),分別參與單打與雙打的正式比賽,並獲得大運會甲組女單第七名與團體賽第五名。受試者在兩次正式比賽前三天進行最大運動能力測試,估算心跳率與攝氧量的線性迴歸程式。然後在各場比賽穿戴心率量測儀,同步量測及記錄比賽之心跳變化,估算每場賽事單位時間之運動強度變化,以相依樣本t考驗分析單打與雙打比賽的運動強度之差異。結果顯示:一、女網單打與雙打比賽之每分鐘平均心跳率及運動強度約為159 bpm與157 bpm及75%VO_(2max)與64%VO_(2max);二、在各個雙打比賽區間之平均、最高與最低攝氧量皆顯著低於單打比賽(p<.05);三、單打與雙打比賽之每分鐘心跳率及運動強度之變化分別是從150-173 bpm及68.3%VO_(2max)到84.5%VO_(2max),與從140-172 bpm及51.9%VO_(2max)到74.1%VO_(2max)。本研究驗證女子網球單打與雙打比賽之運動強度不同,而單打比賽之運動強度皆明顯高於雙打比賽。因此選手在單打或雙打比賽的訓練時,其強度要求是不同的。
The purpose of this study was to analyze the exercise intensity (EI) of woman's tennis single and double matches in official events. One elite female tennis player (21 years old) joined in the official single and double matches in Taiwan and she won the 7(superscript th) and 5(superscript th) positions, respectively. A maximal exercise testing on treadmill was conducted to measure the maximal oxygen uptake (VO(subscript 2max)) and calculated the linear regression between heart rate (HR) and oxygen uptake (VO2) for three days before both the events. HR was measured continuously during each match for the estimation of VO2. Dependent-samples t-test was used to examine the differences of EI between single and double matches. The findings are as follows: 1). The mean HR and EI for single and double matches were 159 bpm and 157 bpm, and 75% VO(subscript 2max) and 64% VO(subscript 2max), respectively. 2). The average, maximum and lowest oxygen consumptions in double matches were significant lower (p<.05) than single matches. 3). The ranges of HR and EI for single and double matches were 150 bpm to 173 bpm and 68.3% to 84.5% VO(subscript 2max), and 140 bpm to 172 bpm and 51.9% to 74.1% VO(subscript 2max), respectively. The intensities of single and double matches were different. Therefore, one needs to prepare different training intensity for single or double matches.
