國民中學辦理行政業務進修研習成效之研究-以高雄市鹽埕國中為例

摘要


學校行政工作最主要是要充分支援教師教學,以提升教學品質並達成校務發展目標,為了因應教師專業自主的趨勢,落實學校本位的行政業務,進修研習實有其必要性。 本文探討的行政業務進修研習,先針對此進修研習的辦理背景因素「行政服務品質的瓶頸」,及提升服務品質之「行動研究的腹案」加以評析。同時本文亦運用案例探討「行政業務進修研習」,其基本構想在於「建構學校本位教師進修」,並藉助「行動研究」以「營造學習型學校」,進而「邁向教導型教育組織」,因此在資料收集上就以以上四項為主。 此項研習活動僅辦理一年多且又是第一次實施,對於行政人員觀念的溝通已建立了高度的共識,而且在團隊學習中推動行政業務頗有成效,但缺失在所難免,唯有突破困境,再接再厲,才有更佳的成效。

The most important role school administration should play is to fully support the teaching activities of teachers. With the aid of school administration, the quality of teaching can be raised, and therefore achieves the goal of school development. In a reply to the trend asking teacher's profession and autonomy, as well as implementation of schoolbased administration, it is necessary to pursue further education and research. This study discussed the further education and research in school administration. First, I reviewed ”the bottleneck of the service quality of administration” that calls for such an education and research, as well as ”the contemplation of action research” that aims at raising the service quality. Meanwhile, I also discussed in one genuine case ”the further education and research in school administration” itself. The basic idea lies in ”constructing a school-based further education for teachers.” With the help of ”action research,” the school is transformed into a ”learning one,” and later proceeds to become a ”teaching institute.” As a result, the data for analysis was collected following such directions. Though the activity of research and study is not very older than a year and is held for its very first time, participants have reached a congruous consensus of the communication of ideas. Apart from that, administration worked quite effectively in team learning. However, in every study, flaws are inevitable. Only when breakthroughs are made and perseverance is held can a greater accomplishment be achieved.
