This study was to discuss the discrepancies of different groups of Total Quality Management and school efficiency in Miaoli County, using literature research and questionnaire surveys to proceed. Finally, 326 data were collected and were analyzed by One-way ANOVA and the conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. Different groups of leadership dimension of Total Quality Management to total school efficiency and the dimensions had different discrepancies. 2. Different groups of continue improvements dimension of Total Quality Management to total school efficiency and the dimensions had different discrepancies. 3. Different groups of customer satisfaction dimension of Total Quality Management to total school efficiency and the dimensions had different discrepancies. Based on the conclusions, the study suggests some implications.
