客家莊國中小學校教育環境之研究

Research of the Hakka Villages' Education Environment of Junior High Schools & Elementary Schools

摘要


本研究旨在探討客籍國中小校長的領導風格、教師組織承諾與學校效能的現況與相關,以及不同背景變項的客籍校長的領導風格、教師組織承諾與學校效能是否有顯著差異,以期獲得客觀的實徵資料,作為本研究的結論,並提出建議作為客家莊的客籍校長、教育行政機關、以及研究的進一步建議與省思的參考。 本研究係透過文獻探討、問卷調查的方式,來蒐集及分析資料。共計發出1000份問卷,回收有效問卷860份,可用率為86%,並採用描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關、典型相關與逐步多元迴歸等來進行研究假設之統計分析。 經統計分析,本研究得到結論如下: 一、客籍校長領導風格,以「人際關懷」最為突出。 二、客籍校長的教師組織承諾,以「努力意願」最為突出。 三、客籍校長的學校效能,以「教師教學品質」最為突出。 四、客籍校長的領導風格愈突出,則教師組織承諾愈高。 五、客籍校長的領導風格越突出,則學校效能越高。 六、客籍校長的教師組織承諾越高,則學校效能越高。 七、校長的領導風格與教師組織承諾對「整體學校效能」有顯著預測 力,其中以「組織認同」具有最佳預測力。

This study is to discuss the present situations of the interrelationships among the leadership style of Hakka principals of junior high school & elementary school, the commitment of the teacher organizations and the effectiveness of the schools, and figuring out whether there were any significant differences in the leadership style of the Hakka principals, the commitment of the teacher organizations and the efficiency of the schools with different background variables, in order to get some impersonal materials as the results of this research, and to put forward suggestions for Hakka village's Hakka principals' and education administration authorities' reference in the further researches and discussions. This study collected and analyzed related materials through literature review and questionnaire survey. This research handed out 1000 questionnaires, among which there were 860 questionnaires valid with the availability rate of 86%, and analyzed the research hypothesis through some methods, such as Descriptive Statistics, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, canonical correlation and stepwise, Multiple regression. After making statistics and analysis, this research drew the following conclusions: 1. The leadership style of the Hakka principals was highlighted by the ”interpersonal care”. 2. The commitment of the teacher organizations of Hakka principal was highlighted by the ”desire to make efforts”. 3. The effectiveness of the schools of Hakka principal was highlighted by the ”teacher's teaching quality”. 4. The more outstanding the leadership style of the Hakka principals is, the higher the commitment of the teacher organizations is. 5. The more outstanding the leadership style of the Hakka principals is, the higher the effectiveness of the schools is. 6. The higher the commitment of the teacher organizations of Hakka principal is, the higher the effectiveness of the schools is. 7. The leadership style of the principals and the commitment of the teacher organizations have distinct predictive power on the ”Overall School Effectiveness”, among which ”organizational commitment” has be best predictive power.
