住宅社區多目標規劃之研究
A Study on Multiple Objective Housing Estate Planning

The establishment of housing estate is affected by a number of factors. The main purpose of this study is to formulate a mathematical model by using multiple objective programming. In order to deal with the uncertain objective values. It employs fuzzy set theory to solve the model to find the satisfactory solution for a given situation. A new housing estate currently under construction by the Bureau of Housing and Urban Development, Taiwan Provincial Government, is studied. The results show that this method provides a tool for comparing and evaluating housing estate planning effectively.
