蘭嶼溲疏分類地位的再評估

Reevaluation of the taxonomic status of Deutzia hayatai (Hydrangeaceae)

摘要

Deutzia hayatai Nakai為1921年中井猛之近發表產於蘭嶼的溲疏屬植物，後續學者多將其處理為大葉溲疏（D. pulchra Vidal）之異名或其下之變種。在重新比對蘭嶼產溲疏與台灣本島產大葉溲疏形態後，我們發現兩者在花序、葉形及葉背星狀毛等特徵上確有差異。根據研究結果，我們認同日人中井猛之進的處理，將蘭嶼所產溲疏視為獨立的分類群，學名為其原始發表名Deutzia hayatai Nakai，中文名建議為蘭嶼溲疏。文中並提供台灣所產四種溲疏屬植物之檢索表。

Deutzia hayatai Nakai was first published as a new species from Lanyu island by Takenoshin Nakai in 1921, then treated as a synonym or a variety of D. pulchra Vidal by most botanists. Recently we re-inspected the morphology of Deutzia in Lanyu and compared with D. pulchra in Taiwan island, we found they differ in inflorescence, leaf shape and stellate hair morphology. According to these results, we recommend Deutzia hayatai Nakai should be treated as a unique species. A key to Deutzia in Taiwan is also provided in this research.
