本研究旨在編製一套能夠評鑑國中各學科教師教學效能的評鑑工具。本研究參酌教師評鑑之研究文獻及各種評鑑工具,以及國內14名課程與教學專家學者、74位中學校長主任教師、15名國中生的訪談與問卷調查結果,編制「教學效能教師自評表」及「教學效能學生意見回饋表」,二種評鑑工具的內容包括「學科教學能力」和「班級經營與溝通能力」二個分量表。分別以99名教師和165位國中生為預試對象,進行項目分析。二種量表的題目皆為60題,「教學效能教師自評表」的內部一致性為.961,分量表的內部一致性分別為.944及.934:「教學效能學生意見回饋表」的內部一致性為.960,分量表的內部一致性分別為.931及.923。內容效度是請專家學者、中小學校長主任教師們來審閱題目,建構效度探用因素分析,效標關聯效度以優良教師為效標,但同時效度待進一步檢證。
The purpose of this research is to construct the teaching effectiveness scales for junior high school teachers. In addition to the review of literature on evaluation instruments, the study analyzed both the viewpoints of Delphi research group and survey results from 14 scholars, 74 principals and teachers, 15 junior high school. The study conducted two scales: Teaching Effectiveness Teacher Scale (TETS) and Teaching Effectiveness Student Scales (TESS). Both scales included two subtests: (1)instructional strategies in presenting subject matter, (2) classroom management and communication. The results showed that (1) the scales consist of high reliability (Cronbach α: .961、.960), and (2) the scales had acceptable validity (content validity, construct validity and criterion-related validity).
