「關係性自我概念量表」之發展與編製

The Development of the Self-with-Significant-Others Scale

摘要


本研究以「關係性自我」理論為基礎,並根據臺灣本地研究對象之自我敘述內容,編製適用於青少年階段之「關係性自我概念量表」。本研究以325位國小高年級學生進行量表的預試,經由項目分析程序,確定出各有10題之五個分量表,以分別表示五種重要他人之關係脈絡(即母親、父親、手足、老師與好朋友);全量表共有50題,以Likert五點方式填答。再以780位五、六年級學生為研究對象,進行本量表之信度與效度檢驗。在信度方面:全量表之內部一致性為 .94,各分量表之Cronbach's α介於 .81與 .93之間,間隔二週的重測信度在 .53與 .88之間。在效度方面:以「田納西自我概念量表」與「國小學童生活適應量表」檢驗本量表之效標關聯效度,以年級與性別進行差異考驗,並以探索性因素分析進行效度評估。研究結果顯示,本量表具有良好的信度與效度,可用以評估臺灣青少年之關係性自我概念。

The purpose of this study was to develop the Self-with-Significant-Others Scale (SWSOS) to measure the relational self of young adolescents at Taiwan. A total of 325 fifth and sixth graders participated in the pilot study. By means of item analysis procedure, five subscales - representing five types of significant relationships (i.e., mother, father, siblings, teacher, and best friend) where the self is involved-were selected to be included in the SWSOS. This measurement, with 10 items each in five subscales, is a self-report five-point Likert-type scale. Another sample of 780 students was used for examining the psychometric quality of the SWSOS. The internal consistency (Cronbach's α= .81-.93) and test-retest reliability (r = .53- .88) of the SWSOS are satisfactory. The procedures of concurrent validity and exploratory factor analyses were conducted to examine the construct validity of the SWSOS. The results indicated that the SWSOS with both good reliability and validity is qualified for assessing the relational self concept of young adolescents at Taiwan.
