本研究的目的在於:(1)比較高中甲組男、女籃球選手對教練領導行為之滿意度的差異情形,(2)探討高中甲組籃球選手之知覺教練領導行為對滿意度的預測情形,(3)探討高中甲組籃球選手知覺與喜好教練領導行為之差異對滿意度的預測情形。統計方法為獨立樣本t考驗、多元逐步迴歸分析等。 研究對象為九十一年度高中甲組籃球聯賽進入複賽之球員,共320名,平均年齡為16.78歲、平均球齡為4.20年、平均隊齡為1.31年。本研究以教練領導行為量表及滿意度量表為研究工具。所得經統計分,獲得結果如下: (1)高中甲組男、女選手對教練領導行為之「滿意度」沒有顯著差異。 (2)知覺教練領導行為的五個向度均可有效預測「滿意度」,其中以「知覺訓練與指導」具有較大的預測力。 (3)知覺與喜好教練領導行為之差異情形,其中「知覺與喜好訓練與指導之差異」及「知覺與喜好專制行為之差異」可有效預測「滿意度」。
The purpose of this study was to (1) compare the differences of HBL (high school basketball league) players with different gender on perceived satisfaction, (2) investigate the prediction of perceived coaches' leadership behavior to satisfaction, (3) investigate the prediction of the difference between perceived and preferred coaches' leadership behavior to satisfaction. Statistics of independent t-test, pair t-test and stepwise regression analysis were used in this study. The subjects of this study were 320 players from teams in semifinal of 2002 HBL tournament. Their average age, playing experience in basketball and in current team were 16.78 (.98), 4.2 (1.94) and 1.31(.98) respectively. Leadership Scale of Sport (LSS), Group Environment Questionnaire and Satisfaction Questionnaire were used as measure of this study. The results indicated: (1) There were no differences between players of different gender on ”satisfaction”. (2) Five components of perceived coaches' leadership can predict ”satisfaction” effectively; ”perceived training and instruction” has greater predicting power among them. (3) The difference of ”perceived and preferred training and instruction” and the difference of ”perceived and preferred autocratic behavior” can predict ”satisfaction” effectively.
