摘要

為了暸解弗氏海豚肺臟支氣管之分枝狀態，本研究以八隻海灘擱淺死亡之弗氏海豚做其肺臟支氣管樹分枝之大體解剖學研究。以乳膠灌注中空之支氣管做成硬化之支氣管樹標本，供做研究之用。弗氏海豚的肺葉不像其他家畜，在外觀上牠的左肺葉或右肺葉無明顯的葉間裂隙，可包括尖葉（前葉）與膈葉（後葉），但兩葉合而為一大葉。左肺葉或右肺葉均缺乏中間葉（middle lobe）與附屬葉（accessory lobe）。右尖葉的主幹支氣管單獨源自於氣管發出，位於氣管末端主幹支氣管分叉的上方。依中久喜一教授的分類法：結果右支氣管可分枝右外側小支氣管系統從第二至第七，右背側小支氣管系統從第二至第七，但缺第四與第五；右內側小支氣管系統從第五至第七；右腹側小支氣管系統亦從第五至第七，但此三支不發達。左支氣管可分枝左外側小支氣管系統從第二至第七；左背側小支氣管系統亦從第二至第七，左內側小支氣管系統僅從第四至第五，而左腹側小支氣管系統卻缺乏。

In order to realize the branching situation of bronchus in Fraser's dolphin, the lungs of eight Fraser's dolphin (Lagenodelphis hosei) were examined. The lungs of the Fraser's dolphin, unlike those of other domestic animals, are not clearly subdivided by deep interlobar fissures into lobes, although the external appearance of a lobular arrangement is usual. However, the right and left lungs may be considered consisting of two bilateral lobes, namely an apical (cranial) and a diaphragmatic (caudal). Both lobes are united to form a single one. The middle and the accessory lobe bronchioles are lacking on either side. The principal bronchus of right apical lobe is solitarily arising from the trachea. Despite the right apical lobe, the remaining principal bronchi of right and left lobe are bifurcated from the trachea. According to the classification of Nakakuki method, right bronchus branches into right lateral bronchiole system from the second to the seventh, right dorsal bronchiole system from the second to the seventh, but lacking the fourth and the fifth, right medial bronchiole system from the fifth to the seventh, and right ventral bronchiole system from the fifth to the seventh, but these three branches are not develop. Left bronchus branches into left lateral bronchiole system from the second to the seventh, left dorsal bronchiole system from the second to the seventh, left medial bronchiole system from the fourth to the fifth, but the left ventral bronchiole system are lacking.
