台灣北部地區淡水魚養殖場分離菌對抗菌劑之感受性調查

Antimicrobial Susceptibility on Bacteria Isolated from Freshwater Fish Farm in Northern Taiwan

摘要


為了解淡水養殖魚隻分離菌對常用抗菌劑的感受性,作者針對北部地區(北、桃、竹縣)10家淡水魚養殖場進行調查。選定之目標菌分別為:產氣單胞菌(Aeromonas spp.)、弧菌(Vibrio spp.)、假單胞桿菌(Pseudomonas spp.)、大腸桿菌(Escherichia coli)、巴斯德桿菌(Pasteurella spp.)、沙門氏桿菌( Salmonella spp.)、鏈球菌(Streptococcus spp.)、葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus spp.)及腸球菌(Enterococcus spp.)。分離株以紙綻擴散法進行藥物感受性試驗,結果顯示有64%以上的魚源及水源分離株對安默西林、磺胺嘧啶、磺胺二甲基嘧啶及氯黴素產生抗藥性,具感受性的藥物包含恩氟奎琳綾酸、ciprofloxacin、歐索林酸、健牠徹素、廣黴素及雪華魯新,上述藥物之感受性比例介於56-94%之間。部份不同來源之同一種分離菌,其抗藥性具顯著相關性(r值介於0.56-0.99)。由於大部分分離菌已見多重抗藥性,因此,建議治療藥物的選擇與使用應更加的謹慎。

The aim of this study was to investigate antimicrobials susceptibility profile of target bacteria at normal freshwater fish farms in northern Taiwan. The target bacteria were Aeromonas spp., Vibrio spp., Pseudomonas spp., Escherichia coli, Pasteurella spp., Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp. and Enterococcus spp. More than 64 % of isolated bacteria from fish and water were resistant to amoxicillin, sulfamethazine, sulfadiazine and chloramphenicol. However, most bacteria still sensitized to enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, oxolinic acid, gentamicin, kanamycin and cephalothin. The percentage of susceptibility was between 56-94%. The statistic results also indicated that single species of bacterium had similar pattern of resistance over different antimicrobials (r=0.56-0.99). Since most isolated bacteria showed multiresistance to selected antimicrobials, the selection and usage of therapeutic agents in aquaculture necessary more cautious.
