大學生心理需求與運動依賴之關係研究

The Relationship of Psychological Need for Exercise and Exercise Dependence among College Students

摘要


運動依賴相關研究課題漸趨增加,但卻很少研究探討心理需求對運動依賴的影響,因此,本研究目的乃了解不同運動依賴程度的大學生在心理需求差異情形。母群體為某國立大學接受體適能檢測之大學部一、二年級學生(N=1,784),讓其填寫健身運動依賴量表、健身運動心理需求量表,以立意取樣選取943位運動行為規律者為研究對象(平均年齡為19.09±0.86歲),男、女生各有545、398人。利用當面發放方式收集資料,以單因子多變量變異數分析進行分析。結果發現:一、高情緒困擾在自主性、勝任感低於低情緒困擾;二、高生理與社會困擾在自主性、關係感低於低生理與社會困擾;三、高運動依賴在勝任感、關係感低於低運動依賴。結論指出大學生運動行為若存在自主性、勝任感、關係感需求,行為被阻斷而無法運動時,較不容易發生情緒、生理與社會的困擾。

Despite the increased interest in exercise dependence, but there is limited research examining the effect of psychological need for exercise on exercise dependence. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to compare the differences among different exercise dependence in the psychological needs for autonomy, competence, and relatedness. The parent population were completed fitness test of the National University of Kaohsiung one and two grade students (N=1,784), and allowed to complete the Exercise Dependence Scale and Psychological Needs for Exercise Scale. The participants were 943 exercise behavior regulation by the purpose sampling (average age was 19.08 ± 0.86 years old), and includes 545, 398 male and female. After collected data by the self-administered questionnaire method and the data analyzes by the one-way MANOVA. The results were as the following: (1) The high mood disturbance had lower autonomy and competence than the low mood disturbance. (2) The high physical discomforts had lower autonomy and relatedness than the low physical discomforts. (3) The high exercise dependence had lower competence and relatedness than the low exercise dependence. The conclusion that if college students had high autonomy, competence, and relatedness in exercise behavior, when the exercise behavior was blocked and can't conduct campaigns, was less prone to mood disturbance and physical discomforts.
