摘要

本文是描述一位年輕學生由於車禍導致左足踝創傷閉鎖性骨折，在接受石膏復位固定後，因生長癒合不良再接受外科治療之手術全期護理經驗。筆者在護理期間運用Gordon十一項健康功能評估，確立個案手術前期有焦慮，手術中期有潛在危險性傷害與焦慮，手術後期有潛在危險性感染及疼痛等健康問題。針對個案之身心健康需求提供個別性之護理計畫與措施，運用手術室護理人員之專業知識及技能，協助個案處理身心健康問題，以減輕其手術過程中之疑惑、不安及壓力。使個案在安全舒適之環境下順利完成手術，並能早日康復，進而恢復原有之生活品質，同時期望藉此護理經驗提供日後照護類似個案時的參考。

This report concerns the perioperative nursing experience of malunion retreatment after casting of a left ankle closed fracture of a young student injured in a traffic accident. By the utilization of Gordon's eleven functional health patterns, the patient was assessed to have syndromes such as anxiety during the preoperative phase, risk of injury and anxiety during the intraoperative phase, risk of infection, and pain during the postoperative phase. The patient was provided with an appropriate nursing care plan and intervention to meet his physical and mental needs, and to alleviate feelings of confusion, agitation and pressure. This was given through the guidance of the nurses' professional knowledge and skills in the operating room. This helped the patient undergo the operation in a comfortable environment, which led to an earlier recovery and regaining of his former quality of life. Consequently, this might serve as a reference for similar cases in the future.
