摘要

本研究目的是在探討癌症病患與癌共存之因應經驗，以立意取樣選取七位病患參與研究，以深度訪談收集資料，錄音資料逐字謄為文字紀錄進行內容分析，整理出癌症病人與癌共存的因應策略包括：移轉與撫慰、改變與調整、交託與順命、生機與希望，「正向思考」為其核心概念。研究結果呈現癌症病人因應疾病之寶貴經驗，可提供護理人員對癌症病人因應疾病之了解，與協助癌症病人與癌共存之支持。

The purpose of the study was to explore the coping experiences with cancer in cancer patients. A purposive sampling of seven patients was selected in this study. The in-depth interviews were tape- recorded and verbatim transcripts were used for content analysis. The results showed that the coping strategies with cancer in cancer patients including ”transfer and console”, ”change and adjust”, ”entrust and let go”, and ”live out and hope”. Positive thinking was the core concept. The findings could display the precious experiences of coping illness in cancer patients, provide nurses with opportunities to understand cancer coping strategies and support cancer patients living with cancer.
