A Technical Note of Electrocardiography-Gated Thallium-201 Myocardial Perfusion SPECT: Short Communication
鉈－201心電圖同步單光子電腦斷層掃描之技術要言：短論
摘要
鉈－201心肌灌注電腦斷層掃描廣泛被使用於臨床上已知或懷疑有冠狀動脈疾病之患者。在美國，鉈－201心電圖同步心肌灌注電腦斷層掃描是心肌灌注電腦斷層掃描中之標準檢查項目；其成功主要原因在於一次檢查可同時得到心肌灌注及心臟功能性的檢查結果。在台灣，鉈－201心電圖同步心肌灌注電腦斷層掃描卻較少被使用於臨床上。因此，在這篇技術要言，我們報告鉈－201心電圖同步心肌灌注電腦斷層掃描之檢查及處理之步驟。

Thallium-201 (201Tl) myocardial perfusion scan (MPS) has been applied extensively in the clinical evaluation of patients with known or suspected coronary artery disease (CAD). Gated 201Tl myocardial perfusion single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) (gated 201Tl MPS) now is the standard for cardiac perfusion SPECT imaging in the United States. The major reason for its success is that information on both myocardial perfusion and ventricular function can be extracted from a single-injection, single-acquisition sequence. Clinical application of gated technique in 201Tl MPS is relatively uncommon in Taiwan. Therefore, we report the acquisition and processing protocols of gated 201Tl MPS in this technical note.
