摘要

慢性腎臟疾病不但是健保支出的巨大負擔，也對社會衝擊甚大，美國國家衛生署在2010人民健康預報中指出：預測美國的末期腎臟疾病病人人數2000年到2010年將成長爲兩倍，同時也成爲全世界的公共衛生重擔，因此慢性腎臟疾病防治計畫更顯重要，在早期腎臟疾病教育更可以改變行爲，促使病人配合正規治療。
腎臟保健促進策略包括：早期診斷，以利腎臟疾病治療計畫的擬定；找出可逆因子，以延緩腎臟疾病進行；預防併發症，並促使病人在末期腎臟疾病前，早日做好透析模式選擇與及早准備。

Chronic kidney disease is great health cost burden and has made a great impact on society. The NIH Health People 2010 Report predicated that ESRD patients will double in number from year 2000 to 2010. It is a great worldwide public health burden, therefore prevention control program is mandatory. In the early kidney disease stage, education can change patient behavior and help them improve their discipline in treating the disease. The prevention strategies are: early diagnosis of kidney disease, planning for kidney disease treatment, trying to discover a reverse factor, delaying chronic kidney disease progression, preventing kidney disease complications, making the patient choose, and preparing for the dialysis mode in pre-ESRD stage.
