工業4.0導入國防航空產業策略之研究

摘要

在全球智慧科技發展趨勢的拉力及就業人口遞減現實的推力雙重動力下，世界各國均朝向工業4.0的目標，針對自身的產業創新轉型、掌握關鍵技術自主能力、維持競爭力上不斷發展。我國亦提出生產力4.0發展方案，以帶動我國產業轉型升級，提升國家競爭力。國防自主的最重要里程碑是航空產業，我國藉推動產業進化與升級，並發展新的產業供應鏈生態系，以達成國機國造為目標，本研究以SWOT分析我國在工業4.0時代的內、外部現況，我國國防航空產業發展的態勢及策略，結合航空產業的少量多樣高技術，與工業4.0的少量多樣客製化，彈性的策略，促使我國可透過國機國造政策，刺激產業的自我升級，開啟全球更大的市場，達到國家安全與經濟發展並重目的。

Under the trend of global smart technology and the fact of decreasing population, many countries are directly focused towards the goal of industry 4.0 via industrial transformation, and hold key technologies to keep their business being competitive. The most important milestone of autonomous national defense is aerospace industry. Taiwan has also established the productivity 4.0 development project by pushing industrial transformation and by upgrading with creating a new industrial supply chain in order to achieve the goal of producing indigenous fighter. In the meantime, SWOT analysis is used in this research in order to analyze Taiwan's current interior and external situation. The posture and strategy of aviation national defense industrial development combine with aerospace industry small-volume, large-variety high technology along with industry 4.0, which is small-volume, large-variety and customized as a flexible strategy to make our industry self-upgrade by producing indigenous fighter policy. This can open up more global market and achieve the goal of national security with economic development.
