兒童團體輔導能力的內涵與評量研究

摘要

本研究主要目的在探討兒童團體輔導能力的內涵及其評量方式。研究過程分兩個階段進行，研究一以團體輔導能力的內涵探究為主，研究二則以團體輔導能力評量表的發展為主。在研究一，研究小組首先邀請五位資深國小教師及五位團體輔導專家學者進行結構式訪談。訪談內容包括個人接受團體輔導與諮商訓練的背景、兒童團體輔導的相關經歷、帶領兒童團體應具備的能力內涵、帶領兒童團體常見的問題及因應方式以及團體輔導能力的訓練督導及評量方式等。訪談結果轉謄為逐字稿後，以共識質化研究方式進行分析，並融合紮根理論之精神，在各不同分析的主要領域中，比較所萃取出之開放核心概念，以發展出主軸概念，並由跨案例的分析過程，建立兒童團體輔導能力內涵的模式。研究二則根據此內涵模式，發展「兒童團體輔導能力評量表」。該量表內容涵蓋小團體理論基礎、小團體領導技巧、帶領團體常見的問題及因應方式、輔導專業特質以及輔導專業倫理等五大類能力。以360位教師為對象，進行信度考驗的結果，五個分量表的內部一致性係數介於.92至.97之間。驗證性因素分析的結果也支持此一量表的建構效度。多變項變異數分析的結果也支持本研究的區別效度。

The purpose of the study was to establish dimensions of group counseling competencies and to develop a training model for leading children's groups. In the first stage of the study, 10 experts were interviewed for the group counseling training model. The Consensus Qualitative Research and Grounded Theory were used to reach the final training model, which includes the contents and methods for training children's group leaders. In the second stage, group counseling competencies checklist was developed. The reliability and validity of the checklist were supported by the data in this study.
