摘要

腎臟外的血管肌肉脂肪瘤相當少見，而發生在腎上腺的情形更加罕見。一位三十七歲女性，因健檢經由腹部超音波意外發現腎臟上方有巨大腫瘤，經電腦斷層攝影檢查顯示為腎上腺腫瘤，經手術病理報告證實為血管肌肉脂肪瘤。即使無症狀，為避免巨大的血管肌肉脂肪瘤產生如意外的破裂等嚴重併發症，利用血管攝影拴塞或手術切除是必要的。

Extrarenal angiomyolipomas are uncommon. An angiomyolipoma of the adrenal gland is an extremely rare tumor. A 37-year-old female received a health examination, and a suprarenal tumor was revealed by ultrasonography. The computed tomography scan (CT) showed right suprarenal mass lesion. The pathology report indicated an angiomyolipoma. A large angiomyolipoma, even though asymptomatic, should be removed to avoid complications like spontaneous rupture. Angiographic embolization or surgery shoulder be considered.
