摘要


目的:「免於疼痛是病患的權利,也是基本人權」,而如何評估病患疼痛程度,主動提供止痛劑,提升病患疼痛照護滿意度,是第一線護理人員應具備之技能與不能忽視之問題。本組於2012年7月15日至30日,稽核病房護理人員對病患執行疼痛護理指導情形,結果整體完整率僅35.1%。本專案旨在提升護理人員執行疼痛護理指導成效、病患疼痛護理指導認知正確率及病患疼痛護理指導滿意度。方法:1.製作疼痛護理指導多媒體教材;2.採用團體護理指導;3.建立疼痛護理指導執行標準及制定監控機制;4.修制定疼痛護理相關之指導手冊及單張;5.舉辦疼痛護理指導在職教育。結果:護理人員疼痛護理指導完整率由35.1%提升至90.9%,病患疼痛護理指導認知正確率由40%提升至81.9%;病患對疼痛護理指導之整體滿意度由54%提升至88%。結論:本專案確實可以有效提升病患疼痛認知及滿意度,改善護理指導之品質。

Objectives: "Remittance from pain is a patient rights and basic human rights." Fist line nursing staff should possess the techniques and ability of pain assessment, taking initiative to offer analgesics and to enhance patient pain care satisfaction, and these issues should not be ignored. We analyzed the data of pain nursing instruction dated July 15 through 30, 2012 and found an integrity rate of 35.1%. The project aimed to enhance the effectiveness, cognition accuracy and patient satisfaction in pain nursing instruction. Methods: The intervention strategies included (1) create of multimedia CD-ROM, (2) group teaching, (3) establishment of standard procedures and regular technical audit for pain nursing instruction, (4) formulation of pain nursing instruction manual and leaflets and, (5) holding of continuous education. Result: After implementation of the strategies, the pain nursing instruction integrity improved from 35.1% to 90.9%. The overall patient satisfaction in pain nursing instruction also improved from 54% to 88%. Conclusion: Implementing the recommended measures achieved a significant improvement in the integrity and quality of pain nursing instruction.
