技術學院校務改革之策略分析－評鑑經驗的反思

摘要

我國技術學院成立至今已有三十餘年的歷史，爲臺灣社會和產業的發展立下汗馬功勞。而近年來由於世界性的產業和社會快速變遷，亦造成技術學院的質與量均產生莫大的變化；同時，近年來評鑑制度的實施亦造成技術學院加速辦學品質的提升，形成極大的壓力。本文是基於技術學院現場評鑑的心得與反思，針對當前國內技術學院提升辦學品質的準備歷程和改革措施，進行內容分析，從中歸納出技術學院規劃校務發展之考量因素、影響辦學方針的內外在因素、以及優質的辦學指標。最終，本文乃針對近年來獲得評鑑優等之技術學院，歸納出其在各項辦學方針與校務革新策略之具體推動方案。
