眼科民間藥用植物－皺葉萵苣之成分研究
Study on the Constituents of the Ophthalmic Folk Medicines-Lactuca sativa L. var. crispa L.
摘要
台灣產皺葉萵苣Lactuca sativa L. var. crispa L.為民間廣為食用之治療眼疾及眼睛保健蔬菜。其根部和葉部的甲醇萃取物，藉由多次管柱層析分離及純化，並用EI-MS，FAB-MS，IR。1H-NMR，13C-NMR等光譜分析技術鑑定成分的化學結構。結果分離到三個triterpenoid (taraxerol, taraxerone, β-amyrin)，兩個methylbenzoate還有uracil及三個essential amino acid。其中化合物β-amyrin，據文獻報導，它能促進網膜色素上皮(RPE)細胞吞噬作用。

Three known triterpenoid (taraxerol, taraxerone. β-amyrin), two methylbenzoate, uracil mid three essential amino acid were isolated from Lactuca sativa L. var. crispa L. of the Ophthalmic Folk Medicines in Taiwan. Among these compounds, β-amyrin, according to literature, can enhance Retinal Pigment Epithelial (RPE) cell phagocytosis. Structure determination was carried out by spectral techniques such as, EI-MS, FAB-MS, IR, 1H-NMR arid 13C-NMR.
