中國企業對東南亞國協直接投資之分析

Foreign Direct Investment in ASEAN: The Case of China

摘要

東協十國是中國重要的對外直接投資目的地之一。本研究透過數據資料歸納和個案分析，對中國企業在東協地區的直接投資狀況加以總結。研究發現，就不同型態企業的投資動機而言，中央型國有企業以實現政府政策目標爲動機。非中央型國有企業和民營企業以追求利潤，拓展市場爲目的。就投資之產業而言，中央型國有企業在東協的投資集中於礦業；非中央型國有企業和民營企業集中於勞動密集型製造業。就進入模式而言，中國企業在礦業投資的進入模式以購併和新建爲主；非中央型國企和民營企業以新建爲主。

ASEAN is an important destination of Mainland China's outward foreign direct investment (FDI). The purpose of this paper attempts to crystallize the facts and analyze the characteristics with respect to the official data on China's outward FDI in ASEAN. The goal of the central state-ownership enterprises is to fulfill the policy of the state and invest centrally in mine industry. The entry modes of the central state-ownership enterprises are vertical integration. The investments of non-central state-ownership and private enterprises focus on the labor-intensive manufacture industry. The motivations of them attempt to explore new market and upgrade technology. The entry modes both of them include green investment and vertical integration.
