排球運動的防守動作細節和觀念分析

摘要

本研究旨在探討如何提升防守技術與促進接（救）球、攔網等……防守能力的諸多實際面問題。藉由文獻蒐集資料法、觀察法，以及本身多年來從事排球運動教學、訓練與研究等工作中，對於防守方面經驗之所得，並從「防守是最佳攻擊」的角度，談論接（救）球、攔網等防守技術的細節與觀點，由此點出「防守」動作攸關比賽重要性的認知，並強調防守首重注意力、預測與判斷訓練的必要性。因此，建議訓練者在訓練球隊時，應要有「繼往開來」的客觀視野與格局，不能只是一味以「攻擊」為慣性的強化，而是必須對防守等閒而視之的提出具體性且有效的動作之道。這將有助於提高國內排球運動的技術水準與豐富排球運動研究的文獻，及有利於我國未來排球運動之發展。

This research aims to investigate issues in defense skills in volleyball and promote practical advice for trainings of such kind. It is based on literature review and personal observations from years of experience in teaching, training and researching. From the point of view 'defense is the best attack', this study discusses details of receiving(saving) and blocking movements used in defense skills and highlights and significance of anticipation and decision when deploying defense strategies both in volleyball games and trainings. Therefore, it is recommended that coaches should also attacking. Volleyball coaches should also aim to develop effective and constructive defense strategies to raise the overall level of the sport and enrich literature in Taiwan in the near future.
