As an important role of social education, zoos in modern society have to accomplish various responsibilities of education, reservation, research and entertainment. Thus, the zoo education center is the key to achieve these goals. In order to enhance visitors' learning outcomes, the zoo education center has to work on improving service quality and customer satisfaction. Considering unique ways of operation, we tried to apply PZB model to establish appropriate service quality assessment and understand service quality gaps of the Taipei Zoo education center. By implementing importance performance analysis (IPA) and quality attribute ranking (QRA), we recognized visitors' needs and defined priorities of quality technology to achieve effective management.
