以Internet平台建構主動學習的教育環境

摘要

隨著資訊科技的高度發展，Internet已成為一般人生活的一部份，由於Internet使用人口的倍數成長，創造了網路商機，使得Internet為主的新世代服務取代了傳統人力為主的服務行為，應驗了「科技的發展始終來自於人性的需求」。教育是生活的一環，Internet使用於教育上，將改變了學習型態與思考方式，配合課程教材、教學活動、評量、入學方式的革新與資訊科技的日趨成熟，Internet新世代應採學習者為主的教學方式，引進虛擬實境教學技術，並配合調整校園組織，成立教學資源中心，提供教學所需資源，以發揮資源共享，創造資源及人才有效培育之目標。

Internet has been extensively adopted in our lives with the development of information technology. Since the number of Internet users has significantly increased, the concept of 'service' has been changed. Information technology has nowadays replaced human power.
Similarly, Internet has greatly influenced learners' learning and thinking styles In accordance with the development of teaching materials and activities, evaluation, and new information technology, the new Internet version should be designed based on learner-orientated philosophy, which indicates the apply of virtual-reality teaching skill, the adjustment of school organization, the establishment of teaching and learning resource centers, and the supply of necessary teaching resources.
