高等技職教育畢業生應具備能力之研究

摘要


本研究置在建才餅干技大學和技術學院畢業生所應具備之能力。科技大學和技術學院畢業生所應具備之「能力」是技職教育與產業勞動市場的界面,本研究擬從科技大學和技術學院畢業生所應具備之能力建構之觀點進行基礎研究。 為獲致科技大學和技術學院畢業生所應具備之能力內涵(色含功能團與能力項目)之研究目的,本研究主要通過「能力分析模式」及「功能分析模式」之結合,採取之研究方法包含文獻分析、學科轉換法、專家審查、問卷調查等方法。 本研究最後經由上述研究流程,建構出科技大學和技術學院畢業生所應具備之能力內涵(色含功能圖與能力項目)。此外,亦分析出科技大學及技術學院畢業生應具備能力包含六個主要功能(能力構面)、二十三個關鍵活動(指標項目)、七十六個行為指標(指標細項);在七十六個行為指標(指標細項)當中,又可包含二個必備項目、六十二個應備項目、十二個可備項目。研究結果可提供未來相關單位評估科技大學和技術學院畢業生能力時之參考、及作為科技大學和技術學院發展及修改課程規劃時之參酌。

This research aims at constructing the basic ability that those graduates from universities and institutes of technology should have acquired The basic ability which graduates from universities and institutes of technology should have acquired is the interface between the technological and vocational education and the industrial labor market should have acquired. In order to gain the ability content of those graduates from universities and institutes of technology (including function map and terms of ability), this research combines modes of ability and function analysis and research methods undertaken include data analysis, subject commutation method, expert censorship and questionnaire. From the research process described above, the research constructs the content of ability that those graduates from universities and institutes of technology should have acquired (including function map and terms of ability). In addition, this research also analyzes the basic ability that graduates from universities and institutes of technology should have acquired, which includes six primary functions (ability structure surface), twenty-three key activities (terms of index), and seventy-six behavior indicators (index terms). Within these seventy-six behavior indicators (index terms), there are two requited items, sixty-two necessary items and twelve not necessary items. The research result can be provided as a future reference for those units and agencies that intend to evaluate the ability of graduates from universities and institutes of technology and research result can also be the reference for the possible development and course planning revision of universities and institutes of technology.
