大專田徑教練知覺工作特性與組織承諾關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between College Track and Field Coaches' Perception of Job Characteristics and Organizational Commitment

摘要


本研究旨在探討大專田徑教練知覺工作特性與組織承諾之現況與關係,採用自編之「大專田徑教練知覺工作特性與組織承諾之調查問卷」為研究工具,以參加「中華民國98年全國大專校院運動會」田徑項目之運動教練為研究對象,共計發出調查問卷153份,回收有效問卷128份,有效問卷回收率為83.67%,所得資料經統計分析後,獲得以下結論:大專田徑教練知覺之工作特性約屬中等程度;大專田徑教練之組織承諾約屬中高程度;大專田徑教練知覺之工作特性,會受到性別、學歷與參賽組別之影響;大專田徑教練之組織承諾,會受到性別與年資之影響;大專田徑教練知覺工作特性與組織承諾有顯著正相關;大專田徑教練知覺工作特性之部分構面,對於整體組織承諾具有預測力。

The purposes of this study were to explore the current situation of college track and field coaches' perception of job characteristics and organizational commitment, and analyze the relationship between them. The research method employed in this study was survey method with a questionnaire entitled ”The questionnaire of college track and field coaches' perception of job characteristics and organizational commitment”. The subjects were 153 track and field coaches who participated in the 2009 National Intercollegiate Athletic Games. The amount of the valid questionnaires stands for 83.67% of the total amount of the questionnaires those were distributed. The survey data was analyzed by using statistical methods. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. College track and field coaches' perception of job characteristics was the middle level. 2. College track and field coaches' organizational commitment was at upper middle level. 3. College track and field coaches' perception of job characteristics was affected by gender, educational background and contest category. 4. College track and field coaches' organizational commitment was affected by gender and seniority. 5. College track and field coaches' perception of job characteristics was positively related to their organizational commitment. 6. Parts of college track and field coaches' perception of job characteristics had significant predictability on their organizational commitment.
