建構空服員工作壓力、職業倦怠對身心健康狀況影響模式

The Construction of Flight Attendants' Job Stress, Burnout and Physical and Psychological Situation Effect Model

摘要


每當航空公司招募空服員,總吸引無數夢想遨遊天際的人士前往報考,空服員的工作受到許多人的青睞則可見一般,但空服員光鮮亮麗外有許多不為人知的工作壓力與身心健康負荷亦產生了職業倦怠等狀況,因此,本研究旨在探討空服員工作壓力、職業倦怠及身心健康狀況的現況及特徵,並試圖建構空服員工作壓力、職業倦怠對身心健康狀況的因果模式,為達成研究目的以問卷調查法透過便利取樣的方式收集相關資訊,研究工具包含工作壓力、職業倦怠及身心健康狀況等量表,共計發出問卷400份,回收之有效問卷為313份,有效問卷回收率為78.25%,透過結構方程模式的統計驗證得知,模式整體適配度良好(χ2=86.19, df=37, χ2/df=2.34, GFI=0.95, SRMR=0.05, RMSEA=0.06, NNFI=0.98, CFI=0.99, NFI=0.98, PNFI=0.66, PGFI=0.53, CN=242.52),顯示本研究假設模式是一個相當符合實證研究的一個模式,研究結果發現:工作壓力、職業倦怠對身、心健康狀況具有正向的影響且職業倦怠在整個因果模式中扮演著重要中介機制的角色,最後,本研究提出管理上的意涵及將研究結果,提供學術單位及航空公司參考。

Whenever the airline recruits, people treat the positions of airlines as dream jobs that are attracted by this kind of opportunities. Although flight attendants are dressed up to the nines, their working pressures actually might be overwhelming and occupation would be tired. As a consequent, this study explores flight the job stress, burnout, and physical and psychological situations of flight attendants. Otherwise, a causal model will be built up in this study through questionnaire method survey. Convenient sampling is used as the way to collect data. Research scales are included job stress, burnout, and physical and psychological situations scales. Total delivered questionnaires are 400 which has 313 effective questionnaires and paper retrieved rate is 78.25%. Using structural equation modeling with the LISREL computer program, the presented study assessed the goodness of fit in the study. The results are as follows: χ2 =86.19, df=37, χ2/df=2.34, GFI=0.95, SRMR=0.05, RMSEA=0.06, NNFI=0.98, CFI=0.99, NFI=0.98, PNFI= 0.66, PGFI=0.53, and CN=242.52. The results illustrate and confirm the model and the hypothesis are established which included the job stress, burnout, and physical and psychological situations are presenting intermediate function in the causal model. The results of this study are expected to be the managerial reference to airline industry.
