南投縣老年人休閒參與、休閒利益與休閒滿意度之研究

摘要

本研究計畫主要目的在瞭解老年人休閒活動參與、休閒利益與休閒滿意度之情形，經由深入了解老年人的休閒活動情形，讓老年人休閒活動更有效益及更滿意。以南投地區老年人口為研究對象，採問卷調查法，以配額立意抽樣之方式進行研究，擬以自編「老年人休閒活動參與、休閒利益與休閒滿意度問卷調查表」做為本研究之研究工具。根據實際調查所得資料，以描述性統計、單因數多變量分析及典型相關等統計方法進行資料處理。結果顯示：一、老年人休閒參與類型，以休憩性休閒活動為最多，其次為社交性休閒活動與體能性休閒活動；再其次為知識性休閒活動與服務性休閒活動。二、人口統計變項在休閒參與類型皆有不同程度差異存在。三、人口統計變項在休閒利益中，性別、婚姻伴侶、教育程度及自覺健康狀況有顯著差異。四、人口統計變項在休閒滿意度中，婚姻伴侶、教育程度、自覺經濟狀況及自覺健康狀況有顯著差異。五、老年人休閒利益與休閒滿意度之間有典型相關存在。

The main purpose of this study was to understand the characteristics of leisure activity participation and leisure benefits and leisure satisfaction by the elderly. This study chose survey method. The study objects were the elderly population in Nantou County Area. The contents of the questionnaire include basic information of elderly, measuring tables for leisure activity participation, leisure benefits, and leisure satisfaction. Quota sampling and purpose sampling were used in the study. 431 valid questionnaires were collected and the descriptive statistics, independent t-test, One-way MANOVA and canonical correlation was used by the researcher for data analysis. The results were：1. The leisure activity types of elderly can be ranked in sequence as: relaxing activities, social activities, physical activities, knowledge activities, volunteer activities. 2. The leisure activity types on different background variables have different levels in variance comparison. 3. There were significantly different on leisure benefits with different gender, marital status, educational background, self-perceived health status. 4. There were significantly different on leisure satisfaction with different marital status, educational background, self-perceived financial status, self-perceived health status. 5. There were typical correlation between leisure benefits and leisure satisfaction of older adult.
