運動休閒管理相關科系學生實習體驗對職業承諾與未來從事專長工作意願影響之研究

摘要

隨著運動休閒產業的發展，運動休閒管理相關科系也相繼成立，為了讓學生可以在畢業後立即投入市場，與產業接軌，多數的運動休閒管理科系紛紛建立實習制度，讓學生可以早日融入未來的工作環境，了解自己並探索運動產業經營的本質。本研究主要目的在於探求實習體驗對職業承諾與未來從事專長工作意願之影響。以國內運動休閒管理相關科系已完成實習課程的學生為研究對象。採用問卷調查方式，透過描述統計、信效度分析、線性結構方程模式來驗證實習體驗對職業承諾與未來從事專長運動的影響情形。本研究以國內12個運動休閒相關科系學生為研究對象，共發出問卷550份，回收517份，剔除無效問卷23份，有效問卷494份，問卷回收率為89.8%。回收資料以SPSS18版和AMOS 18版統計軟體加以分析，研究結果顯示，實習體驗顯著正向的影響著職業承諾，但對於未來從事專長工作意願並沒有顯著的預測效果存在。而職業承諾亦正向顯著地影響著未來從事專長工作意願。最後，本研究也發現職業承諾顯著地中介實習體驗與未來從事專長工作意願。

Along with the development of sport industry, the departments relating to sport recreation and management have established around the island recently. In order to build a bridge for students to enter the employment market right after graduation, most of sport recreation and management department have developed internship program thus enables students to fit into the market and explore the potential of sport industry. The purpose of this study was to verify the influence of internship experience toward career commitment and intention to enter the profession. Subjects were students of sport recreation and management departments completing the internship program. A questionnaire entitled ＂internship experience, career commitment and intention to enter the profession＂ was distributed to 550 students from 12 departments. Of the 550 questionnaires, 517 were retrieved and 23 were discarded due to invalid responses, whereas 494 were valid responses corresponding with 89.8% return rate. The gathered data were first reliability and validity examined and then computed by SPSS 18 and AMOS 18 to test the relationship among the studied variables. The findings of this study indicate that the internship experience was positive correlated with career commitment yet insignificantly correlated with intention to enter the profession. Career commitment was positive correlated with intention to enter the profession and significantly mediate the relationship between internship experience and intention to enter the profession.
