摘要

對於乳房(Breast)有可能鈣化而觸診和超音波(Sonography)沒有辦法發現對應的腫塊的病人，利用乳房攝影(Mammography)做術前細針定位(Hook-Wire needle localization)可以幫助外科醫師在手術切片時可以取得含有可疑鈣化的肉塊組織(Specimen)，取下來含有鈣化的肉塊組織經過病理科化驗來確定乳房是否良性或惡性的最終診斷。本文內容涵蓋：利用乳房攝影的技術對腫塊所在的不同位置做細針導引定位之流程介紹；分析本院所做的七個病例，並討論利用乳房攝影做細針導引定位之技巧。

For those patients with suspicious calcifications in their breasts but corresponding masses not able to be identified by palpation and sonography, hook-wire needle localization under mammographic guidance before operation could help surgeons to get the specimens with suspicious calcifications during surgical biopsy, In this article, we introduced the procedure of hook-wire needle localization under mammographic guidance; reviewed and analyzed the seven cases receiving this procedure in our hospital; and discusses the techniques of this procedure.
