機場流感預防服務之研究

A Study of Influenza Preventive at Airport

摘要


國際性傳染病多以旅客為主要的媒介,造成疫情的快速擴展。因此,各國防堵疫情入侵的首要關口即為機場,防疫工作顯得相當重要。本研究主要目的為評估旅客對於流感預防服務指標的認知。研究根據參照單位分析法的步驟轉換資料;爾後,以重要性與滿意度分析法評估1071位旅客的防疫服務知覺。研究結果得知,與資訊公佈因素之相關題項,是需要立即改善的防疫服務項目。研究結果將提供政府與相關單位對於機場流感預防服務工作的參考。

The international infectious disease will spread fast by the people to people, regard passenger as main media, and they will cause to extend to the epidemic if they got the H1N1. However, it is very important about national to defense the epidemic as the airport is first pass to obstruct virus invaded, and where it will provide the service to precaution and examines the health for passengers.The aim of this study is to evaluate the passengers' perceptions of their actual performance on the identified influenza prevention service indicators. According to analysis step of Ridit (Relative to an identified distribution analysis), we had transferred the Likert scale data, and then an Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) has been used to evaluating the level of important and satisfaction of prevention service indicators by 1071 passengers perceive at airport. Results found that, with the information announcement factors related items, need immediate improvement in the airport's prevention services. The results will provide suggests to influenza prevention service at airport to government or relevance department.
