運用風險管理預防及解決排程問題

摘要

全球景氣變動越來越劇烈，產業界競爭也越來越競爭，製造商如交期、如品質、如數量無法準確掌握，訂單向來是公司獲利的來源。在無法準確預測顧客的需求，產能負荷管理成會公司重要的課題。排程問題會導致期延遲，本研究運用作業風險管理（Operational Risk Management，ORM），找出可能影響交期延遲的因素，再進行風險評估找出發生頻率頻繁，嚴重性高的因素。
