金門棒球發展歷史及策略之研究

棒球已成為世界運動主流之一，而臺灣也藉著棒球在國際上發光發熱，臺灣有許多離島地區，對於棒球的投入也不遺餘力，而金門就是一個例子。早期金門地區運動發展受限於地域關係，熱衷棒球運動，另一方面受到臺灣本島棒球風氣蓬勃發展影響，棒球運動也順勢地在金門離島地區開始發展，因此金門棒球發展可分為萌芽組隊期、政黨指導期、蓬勃全盛期與沒落期，共4 個時期。由於早期的金門地區對於棒球的熱愛程度高，也奠定了棒球對金門的重要性，應具備高度發展棒球的熱門地區之一，而本文目的主要係了解金門棒球發展史，本研究提出以「在地人培養在地人」具體策略，使國小、國中與高中職的棒球隊學生連貫銜接。本研究方法運用「文件分析法」（documentary analysis）及「訪談法」（interview）了解金門棒球發展歷史，進行相關策略分析，提供未來金門地區棒球運動人才培育的依據。從研究結論中彙整出6 大沒落主因，並依據沒落主因提出短、中期4 大發展計畫及長期之6 大金門棒球發展策略，本研究建議，如能以紮根的方式進行，並且求得政府及民間企業的支持，亦可將過去曾為金門棒球隊的隊員、教練喚回，以在地培養在地的落實，相信未來金門可在棒球界再創新史。

Baseball sports have become the mainstream of the world. Taiwan has been famous in the international by the baseball. Taiwan has some islands area and development baseball so hard. For example Kinmen. The early Kinmen sports development is limited to regional relations. And due to Kinmen people like baseball sports. The other side, Kinmen baseball atmosphere by vigorous development impact of Taiwan. Then baseball sports start to development in Kinmen. The Kinmen baseball sports history include 4 period, first is team budding period, second is political guidance period, third is thriving heyday, the final is decline period. Due to early period of baseball for a high degree patient and important in Kinmen. Kinmen could be development baseball sports again. This research will be recall baseball players and coaches that were born at the Kinmen. The baseball players will be train by the local coaches. And can be innovative in baseball history in the Kinmen. Object is study will use the documentary analysis and interview to understand the history of baseball development. We will found out the outstanding talent in Kinmen. Then, this study will be proposing concrete strategies that are local coaches who bring up the local baseball players. That will be coherent the junior high schools and senior high school's students. Method: Use the documentary analysis and interview to understand the history of baseball development. These results will be providing the accordance with baseball players training. Conclusions include six problem of the decline. This conclusions in accordance with study results and proposed four major development of short and medium plans and six major development of long-term plans in Kinmen baseball Development Strategy. Suggest will be recall who Kinmen baseball players and coaches. And establish baseball basis. But first has to get support from the government and company. The future will be innovation in baseball history in Kinmen.
