高中體育班體育專業課程教師專業能力需求分析研究

A Study of the Competence Needed by Physical Education Teachers in High School Athletic Class

摘要


目的:探討高中體育班教師必備重要專業能力之決定因素及其彼此間的關聯效果。方法:以自編之「高中體育班教師專業能力需求評估問卷」為研究工具,根據實際調查所得資料,以因素分析與路徑分析進行處理。結果:一、高中體育班教師重要之專業能力包括「基本素養與專業知識」、「運動技術教學」、「訓練與競賽管理」、「場地設施管理」與「行政與資訊管理」等5 項,而且對整體專業能力具有正面的影響效果;二、高中體育班教師重要專業能力之「基本素養與專業知識」對「訓練與競賽管理」、「行政與資訊管理」、「場地設施管理」具有正面的影響效果;三、高中體育班教師重要專業能力之「運動技術教學」對「基本素養與專業知識」、「訓練與競賽管理」、「行政與資訊管理」與「場地設施管理」具有正面的影響效果;結論:高中體育班教師應該在「訓練與競賽管理」、「場地設施管理」與「行政與資訊管理」投入更多資源,並藉由「訓練與競賽管理」、「場地設施管理」與「行政與資訊管理」的中介效果,讓「基本素養與專業知識」、「運動技術教學」可以對整體專業能力產生正面影響效果。

Purpose: This purpose of this study was to explore the determinants which effect the linkage and analyze interrelationship between the important competence of physical education teachers in high school athletic class. Methods: A survey questionnaire was developed as data analyzing instrument by the investigator. The data collected from the questionnaire was analyzed via factor analysis and patch analysis. Results: 1. The important competence of physical education teachers in high school athletic class included basic quality and professional knowledge, sport skill teaching, training and event management, facility management, and administration and information management, and there were significantly positive effects to total competence. 2. There are significantly positive effects of basic quality and professional knowledge on training and event management, facility management, and administration and information management. 3. There are significantly positive effects of sport skill teaching on basic quality and professional knowledge, training and event management, facility management, and administration and information management. Conclusion: The physical education teachers of high school athletic class should put more resources on training and event management, facility management, and administration and information management, and generate positive effect of promoting basic quality and professional knowledge and sport skill teaching on competence through the mediation effect of training and event management, facility management, and administration and information management.
